Abstract

Neurofibroma (NF)is a benign tumor of peripheral nerve sheath. Neurofibroma occurs in oral cavity apart from the entire body regions. A 50 year old male patient presented with a growth on right alveolar mucosa. Thereby histopathological examination was performed and the slide was sent for IHC with S-100 protein. The clinical features, types, diagnosis, pathology, and treatment of NF are discussed.
