Short Dental Implants : A Review

Abstract
Short dental implants appear to be a valid alternative with reasonable evidence of a high success rate to bone augmentation procedures in the treatment of atrophic alveolar ridges. This paper reviews aspects of short implant literature to give some guidelines in making their use more successful.
